This home, a two bedroom terraced property was on the market for 5 months with minimal interest and no offers. Even after a price reduction potential buyers were not interested in viewing the property. The home was unoccupied and unfurnished. The seller moved estate agents and one of the new agents first suggestions was staging. We staged it and within one week on the market it had 12 viewings and an offer £15000 over the asking price it was listed at with the previous agent. A great result!
