Home Staging Project: Clare Road

This two bedroom apartment in Cotham was unfurnished and the seller wanted to give it some personality ready to go on the market. Staging added colour and vibrancy to this gorgeous period property but also gave potential viewers a better sense of the space. The rooms were large and the beautiful original windows let light flood in.

This home sold in it’s first week of viewings and had four offers, and the client was really happy with the results!
